According to historian Albert Cook Myers, after Joseph Wilkinson died 10 Sep 1760, Elizabeth moved to Warrington Monthly Meeting with her children and remarried to Joseph Cook, and died some time in the early 1800s, and was buried in the Friends Cemetery in York.

However, the York Cemetery does not have any photos on Find a Grave, only lists, and the list indicates Elizabeth Fisher Wilkinson, buried with Joseph Wilkinson, both died the same day, 10 Sep 1760. At present no way to confirm one way or the other.
